CONTRACT BASED ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY SERVICES JSC “KBOR” offers services on assembly and PCB mounting for electronic equipment. Our assembly line for mounting SMT and THT components allows to carry out orders for the following services:

• experimental PCB assembling from one unit or small batches to wholesale parties;
• assembling of almost any elemental base - from THT-components and components of non-standard form to surface mount SMD-components (minimum size 0402) with lead pitch of 0.3 mm, including BGA, Micro BGA, etc.;
• reflow according to RoHS international requirements;
• assembling of PCB with accuracy class 5;
• component mounting accuracy ± 25 microns, minimum contact area - 300 microns;
• we work with both client materials or purchase components ourselves;
• short manufacturing time, a 100% quality guarantee for solder joints;
• prototypes casing production on 3D-printer - working space size 120 x 120 x 120 mm.

Manufacturing of electronics products on PCB is one of JSC “KBOR” key activities. JSC “KBOR” manufacturing functional parameters are based and set on one main purpose - to increase production and economic efficiency for each order, especially for typical orders.
